The dog training world is full of strong opinions. At Honest Hounds, we’re not about choosing camps or engaging in Social Media debates; we’re focused on what works.
We take a holistic, evidence-based approach that considers the whole picture. Every dog is different, and every human is different. When we cling too tightly to a single ideology, important things get missed.
From emotional wellbeing to Social Status, body mechanics to safety, breed needs to human psychology, we work across all disciplines to help both ends of the lead thrive.

What started as a few walks and an online forum has grown into a national network of Neutral Walks, expert-led courses, in-person events, and an award-winning community.
We’re building the relationships you always hoped to have with your dog, grounded in trust, understanding, and long-term change.

Our members don’t just learn, they grow. Many go on to be Neutral Walk Leaders, SuperUsers, and a source of inspiration for those just starting out.
We train the next generation of dog trainers and walk hosts through our mentorship and affiliate programs.
We collaborate with rescues, therapists, charities, and vets to ensure dogs and their humans are supported from all angles.
