Confidence Club [Fife]

This is a fun, treasure-hunt style event designed to help your dog build confidence passing people and other dogs. We’ll split into teams, follow clues, and solve puzzles all while having the opportunities to practise calm passing skills in real life.

👉 All dogs welcome this is not just for dogs and owners who have attended Social Walks!
👉 Focus: steady, controlled passing in closer proximity to dogs. An initial teaching and learning input will stand you in good stead for how to deal with head on passes.
👉 Some dogs off lead, on, muzzled, unmuzzled but you control the interaction
👉 You will be given all the resources you need to make your way around the location looking out for clues and puzzles along the way. If you solve all of these puzzles you will win a prize!
👉 As you move round the location you will pass other clients and their dogs, you can communicate to them how you would like to pass ie off lead, on lead, into the side etc. This will allow you to develop the confidence on how to deal with passing strangers and dogs.
